Love spent years in the healthcare industry as an X-ray technologist, working in hospitals, clinics, and orthopedic offices. Through her work, she saw firsthand how many patients were stuck in hospitals simply because they didn’t have support at home. Their discharge conditions required someone to help with basic needs—bathing, dressing, medication reminders—but not everyone had a family member available to step in. That realization stayed with her.

When she decided to start her own business, she knew she wanted to do something that made a real difference in people’s lives. Her passion has always been to care for people, and this was a way to channel that into meaningful work.
